Digital transformation for CROW
CROW wants to improve its digital platform from a social perspective so that policy officers, contractors and advisors can better find relevant information about Dutch infrastructure, traffic and public space.
Based on this objective, we started to first gather insights and establish a strategic foundation. From this strategic point of view, we have created an improved digital knowledge platform.

For this project we used the Double Diamond Method to first discover and define the strategy and work iterative to a design and deliver a new improved digital platform that is user friendly.
