Lukkien is still managed by the family. Unfortunately, Bouke Sr. passed away in 2022, but his sons Bouke Jr. and Melle still manage the company day-to-day, supported by their mother Hedwig. However, the team has now expanded to more than 140 employees and, together with a large network of permanent freelancers, they are busy day in, and day out on projects in the field of content and digital for Dutch and international brands.
